My customer service person was very rude to me. I emailed LithiaCares and never got a response. I gave up on that. Lithia doesn't care. Oh well.......Now I have some confusion about repair estimate, quoted one thing and emailed another. I have called twice asking for a call back to clarify and never receive a call back. I have tried calling service department and servcie manager. All of the above is extremely troubleing not to mention their service costs are very high.
My daughter took her Honda in for 45,000 mile service. They did not offer transportation and denied a loaner vehicle. Kat, the service desk worker gave an estimate of $4,500! It should be an oil change, tire rotation and steering check and cost no more than $400. Kat was extraordinarily rude she said she could not look up the auto by VIN and she added no value at all. We left. We will find a reputable service provider who helps people rather than taking their personal aggression out on customers.
