Finance experience with Jared was awesome. Very forward and honest. He even beat my specialty interest rates from my first responder credit union. Keep up the good work. I’ll be back for more vehicles in the future.
I received a good deal on a Maverick but I wasn't happy with the sales team. They didn't know much about the vehicle but then no salesman has ever been able to answer basic questions. They only care about their commission. Lithia's sales team made offers over the phone only to reneg on them when I showed up. I still got the deal I was offered and then some.
