In 2023 I bought a van used from the dealership. The sales person at that time was not honest nor was he very nice when I pointed out the things that we’re going wrong with the vehicle after we left a lot I vowed never to buy or purchase a vehicle again From Lithia. Bought used car that supposedly was fully inspected before purchase and not even made first payment told the transmission needs to be replaced. They would not even do diagnostic for free or anything to help. The salesman was amazing, no complaints about salesman. But this dealership knowingly sold a bad vehicle and completely unwilling to help even within first month of buying. Extremely disappointed as I had bought 2 cars here prior. When coming in for my husbands truck to be fixed we went to service and got the horrible experience to be with Mindy. When my husband showed up she was all smiles and laughing and showing interest in "helping" us. Then when I came up behind him she instantly turned red and had no emotions and looked very upset that he was with me. To date, Roseburg Lithia Ford has had my truck in their shop for two weeks. We originally brought it in for an oil-related issue. They performed (and charged for) an oil change and told us, after running diagnostics, that the truck was fine. As we were driving away, the check engine light came on, and we had to turn back immediately. They kept the truck for two more days, charged us another ~$400 for further diagnostics, and told us the gasket was blown and it needed an oil change.
