Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Have had terrible service getting my car body fixed, they fixed half then claimed ignorance and never did the other side, sold me a lemon as my first car and now when I try to call to get my car serviced I waited 30 min with no answer. Just go to Eugene. Its father but they pick up right away, they are honest, caring and are getting my car in today right away. Roseburg is a hole in the wall and this ford dealer ship is no diffrent.
Awesome dealership!! I found my used 2019 F350 there and the minute I walked in the door I felt like family. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me in every way he could with my purchase. The financial rep was very friendly and made it a speedy transaction. They are still in communication with me today, which makes the sale even better. Super happy with the dealership and my new to me truck. The drive there is worth it! I will definitely use this dealership on my next purchase.
