Just returned from road trip in our Ford Van. Had to stop at Lithia Ford Service Center in Roseburg to correct a transmission issue. This service team made an appointment for us quickly when others in town could not, diagnosed the issue correctly, were honest and thorough completing the job, and took very good care of our family while we waited for the work to be done, including shuttling us back and forth from our hotel. Took car in for factory recall and they decided to drain my transmission without asking me first and tried to charge me about $300 bucks
My car went in for a bumper fix im still waiting for an answer because the job was poorly done one side is sticking out and my car rattles loudly 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 if you have other options do your research first 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
