Since Lithia only SAYS they care, and actually treats customers as burdens when they have issues, I guess sitting in their lobby leaving reviews is the only way to be heard.
Purchased Vehicle and Warranty end of May. Major repair 3 weeks later and problems ever since. Turned vehicle in for engine replacement Jan5th, FINALLY got car back 5/13 after wrong engine was originally put in. 2 days later car wont start. Now told I have to get the vehicle back here and they have no loaner vehicle. Single mom on limited budget already paying 360 a month. DISGUSTING
Poor communication and terrible treatment. Once they got your money they no longer care.
