Terrible service. We’ve had our 4-year old car in their shop for faulty parts and multiple recall issues, and they’ve not been awful with communication. They denied us a loaner car, even though we were told we would get one, and couldn’t be bothered to secure us a rental. They weren’t going to bother to tell us that our car wasn’t going to be ready OR that they wouldn’t be giving us a loaner or rental either. We had to seek out that information ourselves at after 4pm. Truly awful service.
