Unfortunately, this is based on the service department that did a repair on my truck 6 months ago for transmission work, and now that my truck is out of warranty Ford Ranger 2021, they are saying that for the same reason as replacement parts before, it will be $5,600 to fix the issue the second time. The rep recommended that I replace my transmission because of a known issue, which would cost me $11,000. My truck is out of warranty by 3,000 miles, but the parts are only 8 months old from them holding my truck for two months ... read more
