The service department did a great job working on our 2017 Transit van but I feel the company should give their customers a heads up when they decide to start charging a service fee on charge cards before you go to pick up your vehicle! Just saying….
Had never been here and was truly so icked out. We drove an hour specifically to test drive a car we were certain we would buy it until we got in. It looked a little dingy at first glance and we thought no biggie whoever detailed it probably did a quick job - started opening compartments and there was spilled rotten coffee. I had a terrible experience with the sales staff at Lithia Boise. I visited the dealership to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle and planned to trade in my current one. Because the sales rep’s manager wasn’t available at the time, I was encouraged to go to CarMax for an appraisal, with the assurance that they would match it. “It’ll just take 15 minutes,” he said.
