Service advisor Kurt advised me my F-150 needed a new battery. He produced a readout showing low volts/amps for the battery. I told him the battery was new and under warranty so I declined the new battery purchase. Next day I took my truck to Les Schwab (where I bought the battery 2 years before). Les Schwab reported the battery had an almost full charge and was fine. Lithia lost our business.
I bought a car from Lithia Ford a few years ago. It was a courtesy car so had some mileage on it but not much and it saved me A LOT of money for a pretty new car. I like this car because it doesn't use much gas, shuts off when you're stopped and is only a 3 liter engine. (which sounded wimpy to me, but what do I know? LOL) It has fuel injection so it takes off like a rocket when you need it to. I've had to take it in for a few things, but I got the extra warranty so I don't have to pay out of pocket.
