We don’t live in Roseburg, but this dealership had the used car we wanted and I called to let them know we were on the way to see it. Dustin took the best care of us. He took a video of the car, sent it to us immediately and we started the paperwork on our way to Roseburg. Once we got there, it was basically a test drive and paperwork. No hassle. No pressure. Then we met with Kristopher for paperwork (Fantastic experience). He made this so easy. They were so great to work with and they represent Lithia well. Thank you both!
Worst dealer ive ever dealt with. Bought a 2014 ram, with the extended warranty. The warranty covered literally nothing, since i wasnt aware that the truck had been deleted prior to purchase. Less than a year later the motor blew up, and the transmission lost a gear. They did nothing to remedy the issue, no matter how i went about it.
Do not buy the lifetime oil change...I was led to believe that dodge dealerships across the nation accept it. They do not! The only place who accept it is Lithia! So I am stuck in Ohio paying for an oil change! Screwed again...
Roseburgs Dodge/Ram side shuttle driver Kylee Is awesome. Very attentive to the road and never drives over the speed limit. She has shuttled me enough times that she knows my address now, lol. Great employee that would thoroughly deserve a raise.
