Tried to buy a Jeep – I stopped in three times, once with my wife, talked to the same salesman each time telling him it was for my kid and it had to be a certain color. Then I made an offer by internet as I was out of town, which they accepted. Told them I would be in at 10 AM on Monday (this was on Friday). When I got there on Monday the salesman was no where to be found and the car had been sold. They offered me a vehicle of a different color with less features for more money. Best customer service and product knowledge – I bought a Chrysler 300C from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno in the fall of 2008 and had such an outstanding experience I feel compelled to share it.
