Grate place large selection just wish thar wasn't so many litheas around
I called about my appointment that was scheduled last yr for a recall to see if they have a loaner, because I also have a medical appointment that day. If not then I need to reschedule the appointment but was hung up on the phone while trying to reschedule an appointment. Had to call again to see if I can get a reschedule but all I got was, “we’ll have the guy who is assigned to your vehicle call you back.”
I purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee from the dealership, as well as a full warranty. I scheduled a head gasket repair in August 2024. I was assured it was covered under warranty, but that warranty work was “a bit” delayed due to staffing. The next available appointment wasn’t until January 2025. I dropped my vehicle off for the scheduled repair the first week of January. I received no updates for two full weeks.
