I felt it time that I needed to say something about Lithia. My husband and I have bought numerous vehicles from them. The sales and finance teams are wonderful...they do their jobs well. Our problem is with the service dept. We don't need servicing often, but when we do need to get something actually fixed, we can't even get in to fix it!!! They're booked out for 1-2 months!! Unacceptable, in my opinion! If you can sell them, why can't you get in to fix them in a timely manner??!! We're seriously talking now about going over... read more
