These folks took great care of me when I was stuck in a rough situation. Traveling from ND back to WA and I had an injector go out. They found time to sneak me in and get the repairs I needed done in the same day so I could get back home. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, friendliness, and communication. The three people I talked to in the service department were Charlie, Gaylene, and Lenny. Extremely helpful and kind.
Im from pennsylvania and these guys got me out of a pickle. 10 days ago my jeep i use for work was vandalized in my hotel parkinglot, someone drilled a hole in my gas tank. For work I go very far off road and couldnt chance a bad patch. I was initially quoted a start work time more than a week from today. This place is a joke. Called to see about getting a anti theft code for my truck. Tom says no problem come on down. Get there and some guy then tells me it now costs $35. Called Ram direct the night before and they said the dealership would need to do it. No charge for providing a code. What a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend lithia parts.

Phenomenal communication and professionalism. Mitch, Jamichael, and Joe made purchasing our new truck a breeze! We were able to get all paperwork done via doc u sign and all we had to do was drive from Helema to pick it up! I cant recommend them enough. 5 stars all around!! Thank you all so much
