This place is a joke. Called to see about getting a anti theft code for my truck. Tom says no problem come on down. Get there and some guy then tells me it now costs $35. Called Ram direct the night before and they said the dealership would need to do it. No charge for providing a code. What a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend lithia parts.

Phenomenal communication and professionalism. Mitch, Jamichael, and Joe made purchasing our new truck a breeze! We were able to get all paperwork done via doc u sign and all we had to do was drive from Helema to pick it up! I cant recommend them enough. 5 stars all around!! Thank you all so much
