I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. When I bought my car from a Lithia dealer, I purchased the life time oil change. And then when I bought new tires, I got it through Lithia, as well. I was told with the purchase of the times that I got tire rotations every ***** miles as part of my purchase. When I went and told the man what I needed, he told me it would be $29.95 for the rotation. I told him I was told that I got the rotations as part of my purchase... My rear end went out in my 07' Ram. I was told it would be around $3500. I called *** at Guaranteed Auto and asked him to work up an estimate for me. After he found my used rear end for $650 he told me it would be under $2000 and because I had just told ****** at Lithia to go ahead with a used rear end, they had procured said rear end from the same place *** had found it.
