I had recently bought a jeep in Bend about 8 months ago so I am new to there service dept - I brought my new jeep in for service two months ago - just an oil change - I decided to bring my older Jeep in this time for an oil change - I noticed that there was another issue since making the appointment - they wouldn’t even take a look at it - said I needed to make another appointment for that?? I guess I will have to go back to my other dealership because they would take care of everything while I was there
My wife and I came in to buy a new grand Cherokee and walked around the lot twice and went inside and waited twice for about 10-15 min and all sales man were just standing around and goofing off in there little room and knew we were there but not one of them came up to us so we just left.
