I am very pleased with the service at Lithia. I brought our car in for regular maintenance, which was done efficiently and quickly while I waited in the beautiful redecorated customer lounge. I trust Lithia and never feel pressured to do something we are not comfortable with. The customer service is excellent.
Don't ever have this shop work on your vehicle and never buy a warranty from them. They will not uphold the warranty
I’ve bought many cars from Lithia motors in the past and since moving to central Oregon I’ve never been treated like I here. The sales person is short and think they are dealing with an idiot. I tried to by a car and we could not come close to a deal because they think u don’t realize what they are trying to make on the car. I will go buy a car somewhere else and never deal with Lithia motors again. Sad
