Have been a customer since 2005, have a commercial account with the parts Dept. Very upset have lifetime oil changes on my truck, wife took the day off for an oil change service. I was aware of a small leak from the water pump and was sure it would be discovered on the inspection, it was NOT! I inspected the truck when my wife got home and the oil filer was NOT changed, I initial them with a marker just for peace of mind. Had my truck serviced, friendly and helpful staff
Bought my daughter a car at Lithia a few months ago and she has gotten to drive it twice. The rest of the time it has been with the service department. Cannot get updates, cannot get calls returned, when I finally get someone on the phone there is always an excuse wrapped in sarcastic comments. Went with my daughter when she purchased a car. The customer service was very good, everyone was very polite. I felt like they took good care of us and weren't pushy. Just to add to my review I take my Ram 1500 here for service now and I’m always treated well and notified when my truck is ready. I’ve had no issues here and highly recommend them. Gilbert was so kind and helpful through the whole process, which was 100% painless. He got me approved for the financing before I even walked in the door so it was only a matter of signing paperwork and vroom vroom home I went! Love my new wheels!
