My husband and I came to lithia to just look at a vehicle to see where we wanted to be. We ended up purchasing our sales guys ****** and ****** were great that day helped us get to where we needed. The follow up was good even though I was a little impatient and called. However the follow up after I picked up my car when I called with questions and was told I would be called back is very frustrating.
