Took a month to complete work with no communication or updates, and the resulting work that was done to our car was incredibly sloppy. Did not clean the shattered glass out of the car and we're finding glass in our trunk over 6 months after the initial repair. Re-used damaged parts in a body/glass repair that resulted in water leaks and damage down the road. Wish we stayed away.
Very good service and updates on eta car looks brand new upon return
This place is a total disaster. After 3 months of "getting parts" they held my car for 16 days without submitting an estimate to my insurance company. My insurance company suggested I go get my car and take it elsewhere. I got my car with missing pieces and loose lug nuts on my front wheels (which they claim they didn't do).
