A bit late posting this review, but shout out to Hank's Body Shop in Billings for making my Jeep look brand new after extensive hail damage, especially Damien! They didn't cut any corners with the repairs needed and just like their catchphrase says, it was like it never happened. Not to mention Damien is a super chill, nice young man and an absolute professional. Took our Toyota down to get a minor repair and they did an amazing job! It was super affordable and they were very friendly and helpful.
Horrible experience. This was my first auto claim so I did not understand the whole process. I really think Brad took advantage of that and whomever else was handling my claim. They come in like they want to fix your car and get you the most coverage but they really dont care who pays. They repaired my car and did all the supplement work without even asking me if that was OK. I thought that was illegal? So they called and said my car was ready and would not release my car until I paid an additional $950.00 and my deductible ... read more
Dont let the reviews fool you this shop used to be great family owned and operated but after lithia bought it they turned to hanks cobble shop do not trust them with a car you care how it looks or if you expect to get your car back within any reasonable time
The people here went above and beyond to make my pickup looking like new again.
