Really wish I could give a good experience here... I set up an appointment to have my sunroof fixed and just came off a 12-hour shift to bring it in. They told me an hour into it that they couldn't look at it and didn't know what exactly was wrong. When I pressed for getting it fixed (it's the nicest car I have ever owned and wanted everything working), he took down my email and told me he would contact me. It's been over a week now, and nothing. I just wanted it fixed, now I have to find someone else.
Have purchased over 20 vehicles with Lithia both Dodge and Toyota over the last 10 years. Went to Hanks Body shop powered by Lithia to get a quote on having the hood and cab repainted because the clear coat is starting to peel. It was clear they didn't want my business. He looked at it and said it would be $10,000.00 dollars. I said clearly you don't want my business and left. Definitely will not be doing business with Lithia again.
