Always treated very well at Lithia Toyota. We don't even deal with any other brand of vehicle or dealership.
Lithia is a great dealership to buy a vehicle for just evaluate the extra packages they offer and make sure the details provide what you're looking for. Great employees professional and courteous. Lithia is ecmxcellent in dealing with problems that arise. If you are having vehicle service done on a vehicle that's not Toyota think twice. The staff are great but they often send our car to another dealership when problems.
When we when we went to go look for a vehicle at Lithia they had almost no inventory the items they did have that I wanted were on safety hold and the salesman couldn't explain to me why there was a safety hold on it even though it took me 5 seconds searching on Google to find out that there was a recall on the back door lock.
