I had a phone consultation with the specialist. He wrote a referral and script to be sent out to me for my treatment. 11 days ago. It has not arrived today so I rang the. Centre. They sent it out yesterday. 10 days they have had it there to be sent. Now I don’t know if I can have my treatment on the day it was booked as the script needs to be ordered by the chemist. Phone number goes on a confusing instruction after giving 2 options for choosing departments and if they are busy (most of the time) then instructions for hang up or try not to leave a message as it's not an answering machine and then you will be asked to leave a message !!!! I AM NOT EVEN MAKING IT UP!!!! YOU WILL BE DISCONNECTED FROM THE CALL WITHOUT ANY REAL HELP OR DIRECTIONS. .... WHO DESIGNED AND APPROVED THIS!!!????
During my visit to Day Surgery this week,I received excellent care by all the medical staff.The nurses were admirable in there professionalism & friendly personal care.I cannot speak highly enough of my experience there.
