I have had my Spezia a little over a month. Unfortunately I'm not thrilled. I am changing the wheels, tires and fork for it to ride like I want. I am not happy with customer service. I was 2-3 days over the 30 day period (my fault for not being within the time period) and they would not exchange only the frame, even exchange, for something less expensive. Again, my fault I was late, but it would have been nice for them to exchange it.
TJ exceeded my expetations by handling all of my nit picky questions and requests with grace. He most likely deserves a raise. What you appreciate appreciates. My built to order Tuscano is looking sick. Thank you TJ/Litespeed!
I have had my Spezia FI for almost two years, and I absolutely LOVE it. The buying experience was great. Very communicative reps there. AND I just had the opportunity to tour the factory in Chattanooga. These bikes are truly handmade by a team of highly skilled craftspeople. Very cool to see.
