I'm a pretty regular customer at the lite house grill. Frequenting normally about twice a week. I placed an order for two bowls for delivery last night at 8:47. after it had gotten to be 9:45 and after several more calls and being told I was holding for the manager and being hung up on I was told my order was in route and should arrive in he next 5-7 minutes.
