I scheduled a hot tub technician almost two weeks in advance and the day before they cancelled on me and can't reschedule for over two weeks. Go somewhere else this place is totally unreliable. This is the first time I'm hearing it was a funeral so I don't believe this to be the case.

Jan 6th of 2023 sensors out of sync code. Hot tub temp fell from 58° to 48° in one day. 10 below zero windchills .Hot tub sits outside on back porch. I called for service and was told 3 weeks before they can get to me! Lady on phone told me to put a box heater in the side compartment by pumps. So I took cover off and no room nothing but pumps and plumbing. So I drained Hot tub due to no help from customer service. Later that spring filled Hot tub to find multiple cracked lines. I have been going to this location for a long time. I did not buy my pool from them but they were closer to buy chemicals and such. But I would get different answers from different employees there so I had to do a lot of my own research before spending my money there. This year, to save money, I bought the cheapest closing kit on Amazon and it just ruined my water. It turned green and when I tested it, all the chemicals were way off.
