I’ve been going to Stow Litehouse Pools for years and continue to get great service. Recently Josh tested the salt water, gave chemical recommendations that I followed and now my pool is clear as could be. I appreciate going to a store that I can trust.
I purchased a Serenity Pool Float at this location in April for $130. I recently opened it and it gives off a terrible stench. The only individual working in the store this morning said the vinyl paint they use gives off this odor. He would not give me a refund because I didn't have a receipt even though he was able to pull the purchase up in my purchase history on his computer.
We are fairly new to the Stow community. We purchased our hot tub from another retailer but lighthouse Pool and Spa staff serves me as if I purchased my hot tub from them. Very knowledgeable, helpful and I highly recommend this location if you have any questions or concerns regarding your hot tub, spa or pool!
Litehouse in Cuyahoga Falls did a great job educating me on what spa was the best fit for our needs and uses. I came away with the Bull Frog. It was delivered on time, deliver crew was excellent. The A-7 is beyond our expectations. Josh and Ethan thanks for all your help.
