I came in to have my pool water checked, I had a young man (Toby)… took care of me. He explained just what was going on with my water and how we need to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and has really help me out…. Thanks again toby!

I’ve gone to the the store in Cuyahoga Falls many times over the last 15 years for my hot tub. I have had my water tested many times throughout the years. I’ve had many issues with getting my water balanced and clear. All the employees have been knowledgeable and if they don’t know an answer, they will find out. But most recently, I had the privilege of meeting Nick. He was over the top as far as understanding water chemistry and issues that could possibly occur.
