Our dealings with Litehouse in Strongsville, OH have been nothing short of horrific. I found out recently that the they misrepresented a piece of patio furniture we purchased in 2006. On their receipt, it stated the piece was the "Grand Tuscany Chaise". Fast forward to this month when I purchased a new custom fabric cushion for this model (from a different company) only to find out it was in fact the "Tuscany" chase, not the "Grand Tuscany" so of course the new cushion did not fit. Three years ago I purchased a pool and a hot tub from the Akron store. The hot tub was supposed to be a 1 year old floor model. What was delivered was a 3 year old hot tub. After many attempts to rectify this I was finally given a pool heater for my troubles, which were many. I now find out three years later that the heater was only meant for a 900 gallon pool. The customer service is terrible. The gentleman on the phone was rude and uncooperative. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by talking to me!!

This company lied about the financing fees, crappy install and the pool leaks and the refuse to have their intealler fix it. Installer Chris Crawford dropped a tool and put a hole in it so we are stuck with a leak. They never sell the right chemical for the problem they just want to sell you lots of junk that doesn't work so they make money. DONE With this store!!!!
