Robbed Blind – I've been gettin tattoo removal from lite touch since summer 2005. The lady who signed me (Lisa Scala) up was definitly a con artist but most ppl are these days so I paid it no mind. She flirted wit my boyfriend shamelessly obviously because he was the one paying. We paid close to 3 grand upfront an until now i had little to no problems. LITE TOUCH= BUNCH OF CROOKS – LIte touch laser has scammed dozens of people! they have literally disappeared. Search on yelp you are not alone. ACTION MUST BE TAKEN. I lost over $5000 shame on them!
Avoid Joanni – I have always gone to the 45th Street office but it seems from the great reviews that the Exchange place office is a lot more professional and pleasant. My usual technician was out so I had to see a woman named Joanni. She was extremely rude, curt, and unprofessional. She burned my skin so badly I had to take a cab to Jersey not to mention she didn't even complete the treatment properly. So it does matter who does your treatment as I've had to learn the hard way.
Lite Touch – I went for a consult, and I had a consult with Dr. Klapper, He was really arrogant and cocky. I would never have surgery with him!
Okay Value, Horrible,Unprofessional Service at the 45th St Location – The woman who scheduled my appt was extremely helpful and informative so I went ahead and scheduled my appointment at the location on 45th Street. I left SOOO happy! – Today was my third treatment (laser hair removal) in Lite Touch (45th Street) and my technician was Audra. Dr.Klapper is pretty famous. I had no idea – First off... I am a nurse in the operating room at NYU and even years after he left Dr.Andrew Klapper is still a legend here. He was considered one of the best hands to come through that program in decades. I have seen him operate firsthand and it's pretty amazing. I saw the advertisement in the paper went in to see what it was all about and nearly fell off the exam table when he walked in. Happy client – I use to feel like everybody was paying attention to my excess hair. I think its worth it to have a consultation, you'll at least know that you're not alone with your hair problems. I was greeted with hospitality and treated in a professional manner, by my technician. I had my back done by Angela and i felt absolutely confortable and i'm very happy with the result and the headache of shaving is gone. I'm gonna enjoy each visit, thinking about the result. The best technician!!!! – i have been all over, where lite touch have offices, but the one in East side, Madison at 45th St. from my experience is the best office! From reception, the manager-Theresa-, the technician-Angela-, everything is so confortable and profesional.
