Lite For Live – I love this place. Jennifer is a "God send". She has helped me every step of the way and spends a lot of time going over the program with me. Every time I leave, I go in, I feel like the people who work there are right there with me all day. They encourage me to continue working on my weight loss even though it can be a struggle. Jennifer has a way of gently walking me through whatever I need. I highly recommend Lite for Life.
Lite for Life – The products such as vitamins are good. However, my personal experience, while on the maintenance program, was very upsetting. I found that the owner did not want to spend anytime with me after I finished the reducing portion. However, it is ($5.00) a week for maintenance and this may affect how much time they want to work with you after you lose the weight. I paid a great amount of money for the reducing portion; however, I was disappointed on maintenance.
