I rented a storage unit for over a year. Andre and other staff were always courteous and helpful anytime I had a question or problem. I had set up an automatic monthly charge on my credit card and it stopped working when it expired. I was unaware of this and Andre called, emailed, and texted me multiple times and always left courteous messages. I really appreciated his efforts instead of sending me a threatening notice.
