So far so good! We recently got a large unit for storing stuff during remodeling. The prices are reasonable, it's easy access to drive up, and the unit was very clean. I had a few questions, and Andre was very helpful answering them.
I spoke with Iris today at Litchfield Self Storage to pay for my units there. She was very helpful, courteous, and professional while assisting me - a most pleasant experience today!!
Lousy maintenance. Left their property unsafe during the snow storm and has yet to be plowed. Another storm another mound leaving a safety hazard at the entrance. Should be plowed before 8am. People have work 2 years later still the same issue if not WORSE maintenance. Says you guys are open but there’s a 3ft mound at the entrance leaving people unable to leave or enter. The gate is always open allowed random people to come, snowmobiles and 4 wheelers roam the property and also cut through the house residence on the property... read more
