Litchfield Easy Storage is a great solution for your storage needs. I was deployed for a couple years, with their climate controlled storage units I was able to store my home goods with peace of mind. The Staff is always friendly and professional. I arrived at 3:30 PM for a self-pickup, and while I was struggling with the steps on my phone, a gentleman came out to assist me. It appeared he was about to go home, but he stayed to ensure the self-pickup process worked. When it didn’t, he reopened his office specifically to help me out. I believe his name is Al, and he mentioned he served in the Army. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you Al for your kindness, your service and going above and beyond

we loved Al! He helped us rent a U-Haul today super last minute, and 5 minutes after he was supposed to close. He was so kind, helpful and funny. Highly recommend
