UPDATE: After leaving a review sharing my grievances about the monthly price increase, customer care rep Stephanie reached out to me. I appreciate the team reaching out personally to address my issues. She was kind, understanding, and receptive. Amazing place, staff is always helpful.
Initially, I was very glad to find a storage company close to my home with good security and air conditioned units. But unfortunately I cannot overlook recent changes that convince me I might have to switch soon. What started as a promo for $25/mo, soon turned into $37.50 because they added insurance charges without notifying me nor did I request it. Rented a U-Haul from here. Manny was very nice and informative. Even helped us out with an extra day and miles no charge. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend renting from here!
