I arrived at 3:30 PM for a self-pickup, and while I was struggling with the steps on my phone, a gentleman came out to assist me. It appeared he was about to go home, but he stayed to ensure the self-pickup process worked. When it didn’t, he reopened his office specifically to help me out. I believe his name is Al, and he mentioned he served in the Army. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you Al for your kindness, your service and going above and beyond
we loved Al! He helped us rent a U-Haul today super last minute, and 5 minutes after he was supposed to close. He was so kind, helpful and funny. Highly recommend
Al always doing it right!!! Had quick turn around for work and he got me into a unit in minutes! Always doing the right thing!
UPDATE: After leaving a review sharing my grievances about the monthly price increase, customer care rep Stephanie reached out to me. I appreciate the team reaching out personally to address my issues. She was kind, understanding, and receptive. In the end, they applied a lower price locked-in for the next year so I don't have to worry about any changes for the next 12 months.
