It was bad a experience no body helped you until u actually had to find help after 20 mins just to talk with someone even tho you had an appt no body cared. The whole place is a joke they offered half of what my trade in is worth then a chevy dealership that doesnt even sell dodge i will tell anybody and everybody not to go there if you want good service for a dealer go somewhere else becuase you wont get that there. the receptionist was so nice and wonderful tho and helpful just no body else
Answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed.
Salesman, JB responded to my inquiry within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable and very helpful through the entire process.

They did say that they had sold the car before I could get over there.
Monday, setup to look at truck at end of week, since had to wait because truck wasn't available till end of week. It was "in shop getting its once over before it was to be put on lot." (Not sure why since it was listed of 12+ days already). Emailed dealer next day (Tuesday) with question, no response. Dealer was to call Wednesday to confirm truck would be ready to view end of week - No call. Very disappointed that the salesperson did not notify me of a different interested party. We had spoken and he had been assured by me that I was a very interested buyer. Yes, the adage is still true: Better to have a bird in hand than the two in the bush.
