Waited over 1 1/2 hours for pizza even though they advertise speedy delivery! When we called to check on food were told they were a block away. 10 minutes later still no pizza! Called again. We were told to meet driver outside hotel. Terrible customer service. Don't order from them. They go by Orlando Brick Pizza on the flyer they leave in hotel rooms. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
I had a coupon for $50 off of $100 and we still walked out. We ordered water and the waitress brought us 7 cups and a picture of water (that filled 4 cups) We placed our order and the kids started noticing that their cups were dirty. One of the kids found a piece of onion in her water. We picked up the water picture and it had food pieces floating in it. I sent my husband to cancel our order and we walked out. I don't want to even think what might be in the food if that much junk was in the water.
Horrible! Also known As Brick Fire Pizza. Pizza took an hour and a half, Was ice cold. When we called to complain, they hung up on us. Repeatedly! Manager never in the office. Finally talked to someone and they said they would get back to us. Never did. Avoid this place.
Worst pizza ever. Avoid at all costs.
Fue realmente un desastre. Dificil de explicar la experiencia. Desde una pobre mesera a la cual se le pide un tenedor y trae una cuchara y un cuchillo, hasta esperar mas de 1 hora por una comida pobre, fria y a un precio que no se condecia con la calidad del producto.
