I love listowel dental for the care they provide and they are so well organized and treat their patients well. But I’ll be honest I’ve reached out directly as well….Over the last 2 years or maybe longer they have started to move your prebooked appointments around without calling to ask if that works for you. When I prebook my cleaning 6 months out or more I put it in my calendar and find childcare for the time I booked. They were fantastic for my child’s first visit. They prioritized keeping it a positive experience for him. They were kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Even when he got scared they took the time to work with him which I really appreciated.
I had a cleaning today and everything was fine. The hygienist did a good job.
