let me start by saying, I have been a member of the listia community for over 3 years. in that time i have sold and won many great items, some i would never have been able to afford buying myself. this includes a PS4 and Gas grill from the rewards store. I find Lista a reasonable, and fun site. I love getting cool stuff I would not always find that easily and I can offer items I no longer need to those who could use them instead of throwing them out. I have yet to not receive something I won and I have sent every item out that was won. I find pretty much of the people I have met so far and auctioned with were friendly and great to work with. Thank you for this wonderful site and hope this site keeps going.

Listia used to be a great site. I used it daily. I sold tons of unwanted stuff for credits, and I was able to use those credits to but lots of new stuff. I could get a new phone from a seller for between 20,000 credits and 100,000 credits. The values actually meant something. Now you want to get a phone on Listia, you have to have 300,000 to 1,000,000 credits. The rewards store is full of crap and impossible to win giftcards. You cant just find something in your credit range and buy it anymore. It's not even worth it anymore... read more

I am having problems with a member of their staff named ListiaR****** . I won a auction then because the seller used drop shipping from a store instead of being responsible for shipping according to Listia rules and policies is endorsing the seller of a auction I item I paid for by not refunding my credits because seller ordered the wrong item to be shipped to me. Now ListiaR****** wants to discriminate against me by not refunding my credits because I am too poor to afford a laptop with a web cam. Not a requirement also not ... read more

I have found Listia to be fair with the decisions that that make according to policy. I find that sometimes its the customer thats buying or selling that sometimes doesnt want to follow all the rules and polices. I continue to use them for both selling and purchases. I find that people tend to complain if its not their way and that happy customers dont tend to tell BBB what a Great job someones doing.

This user called me a "mutt" and "troll" for asking a simple question. I blocked, flagged and reported her. She had tons of negative feedback and neutral feedback and she is STILL allowed to be on the site. She has gotten away with it and scamming a lot of people and Listia is just okay with it. I have screenshots to prove how horrid this person is. WHY ISN'T SHE BANNED YET????
