Great communication. Scott kept us up to date at all times and whilst we had a slight change in market conditions from initial contact, Scott and his team stayed positive that we would achieve a good outcome, which we did.
The team and Josh in particular were amazing. House at Woodford was sold without the need to advertise. To our surprise sold on the same day photos and video took place, even before the need to start the open house process. Sold to a lovely young family.
