Great folks. Great quality gear.
One on one sales really takes their time with you to help make that important decision. Nice equipment set up in a few listening rooms. Kind of a throw back to the 70s, was a welcome diversion. Replaced my 1980s stuff with 2024 cutting edge tech for about what it cost me in the 1980s. I loved the mom and pop aspect of it.
An old-fashioned, low-key, family-run audio shop -- the kind that's an endangered species. I purchased a piece of equipment that had been a store demo at a fair price, with a four-year extended warranty included. While setting it up in my system, I discovered that an input jack they hadn't used in the store wasn't working. Without hesitation, Tom told me to take it to the repair shop he used; they fixed it quickly and the Listening Room picked up the tab. That's the kind of customer-orientation that deserves repeat business.
