I have had my Listen Clear Hearing Aids for a few years now, and they have done well for me. However, I am supposed to be able to adjust them from my phone. I recently upgraded my phone, but now am told that the app is not available! How do I get the app again?
Rip off. Junk hearing aids. Avoid.
I am very upset with this company! Twice I have called and placed an order for hearing aid wires. I gave my debit card number and they never placed either order. They only have one representative answering their phone which was the same person who took my order. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! My Listen Clear hearing aids are now useless. Thanks Listen Clearyour customer service sucks!
