Listed Simply was God-sent. It is an incredible service and helped us get the job done from start to finish and was actually really simple to understand. And…….when we didn’t understand something and needed to call, support was always there to help answer our questions. I don’t often give reviews however I will this time. It worked well for us!
Cannot be more happier with ListedSimply! I was a little sceptical at first because it was a first time using such service. Used them to sell a vacant lot in Arizona. Vacant land is hard to sell so had to extend listing twice for 6 months each time, but finally found a buyer and avoided paying all commissions in this transaction including the buyers agent commission. I had no problem with Listed Simply as far as customer service etc. They were great. I was on all sites. My only issue was seeing on realtor.com and other sites that my listing was with a San Diego firm and my listing was in AZ. I think many brokers were skeptical to call and show. I did sell within weeks since a local broker knew my location and called to show since knew the area well with over 30 years experience. I don’t think others trusted the situation. I used Listed Simply to sell a property by myself -- the owner. Listed Simply delivered as promised. I followed the step by step process, did my part and the listing appeared on MLS and sites including Realtor.com, Zillow, and others. I got an offer and sold the property. I had to be patient as it took a few days for the listing to be syndicated and status changes to be updated. That wasn't a big problem. Really, selling it myself via Listed Simply was easier than using a listing agent.
