The therapist I had for couples therapy sided with my partner and focus on my faults instead of it being a session of how to fix the relationship. It was all one-sided did not give any info on how to resolve conflicts and encouraged my partners behavior of total blockage outside of therapy. Making my partner think that it's okay to work on a partnership for one hour a week and the rest isolate the relationship like there is no relationship. Love my therapist
I really like my counselor. She is very knowledgeable. I look forward to my visits. I like that she gives me ideas and papers to look at to help me get through the stuff that I need to.
Staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and resourceful in navigating where to start and how to continue on a journey toward better mental health.
Had a very good session today with Jake Garlic, I feel so much better, I feel like I can face life again!!!
