I would never trust my skin to Lisse Laser & Aesthetics - and I would highly suggest you go elsewhere for your services. The business is staffed with inexperienced, young girls who have little idea what is happening. They are nice enough and I think try to their capability, but that is limited. If I could, I would give Lisse Laser negative stars. All the reviews on here I have experienced on all of my appointments. I got really sick early in the morning, and I had an appointment at 9:45 am, and I called right at 9:00 saying I needed to reschedule because I was so sick! They told me that there was no way they would reschedule it, and that I would have to forfeit my appointment. WHAT A WAY TO RUN BUSINESS! First of all, after purchasing the certificate through city deals, Lisse Laser was not able to schedule my first appointment for 2 MONTHS because they had booked so many appointments together! Talk about not planning that well. Let's start with my first appointment. I was not given protective eye wear during the procedure. Lisse is ridiculous! Do not start a laser hair removal treatment here. It is impossible to get them to answer the phone... seriously impossible. All you get is the voicemail and they never call back. They are not willing to work with you for appointments. I tried to make an appointment that would work with my schedule and they said they wouldn't be able to get me in for 4 months (with laser hair removal you need treatments every 4-6 weeks to follow your hair growth cycles). This place sucks!! They have the WORST customer service. The manager doesn't care about her customers, she just tries to get as many people in as she can and her equippment doesn't even work. I've had 4 treatments and there isn't any difference! Also me and my friend had an appointment and they never called to remind us of it. We decided to call them and double check we had the right day. This is the most unprofessional and rude so called "med-spa" I have ever been too. The owner/manager does not care about her customers, employees, customer safety or confidentiality. She only cares about squeezing every dime possible out of whomever she can. I give this business the worst rating possible.

Do not go here! Absolutely no confidentiality whatsoever. My intial consult was done in the waiting room full of other customers, so everyone knew what I was having done and any medical history given. They never answer their phone and rarely return calls left on their answering machine. I booked my next treatment and their next available appointment was in 12 weeks! Seriously?? No customer service skills AT ALL! Huge dissappointment, wish I could get my money back.
