ZERO stars and totally psychotic customer service rep. Get ready for you No's to get increasingly aggressive as they do not let up on the hard sell. Signed up for the FREE trial and got a charge of $93.99. Expressing to the rep that I wanted the charges revoked, I was returning the package unopened, and yet she kept hammering me with the sales pitch. I showed up for an appointment that I had scheduled on 5/3., I was greeted by a sign on the front door date 4/28, saying they were closed until further notice and clients would be contacted shortly. I'm very disappointed that nobody called or emailed me to inform me that my scheduled appointment would not be taking place. The staff has always been great, but this has me wondering about the rest of my treatments.

I had been going here for a year of laser treatments. The ladies here are all very nice. However, after a year of treatments (increasingly painful) on my legs and underarms, I was not experiencing satisfactory results. They said I should be seeing a 90% hair reduction but it was maybe 20% better. The trouble with proving it to them is that we have to shave prior to our appointments so they never saw how little effect the laser treatments had on me. I have been coming here for over a year for laser hair removal treatments. I highly recommend Lisse laser. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I only book appointments with Becca, she is quick, thorough, and very good at what she does. I noticed in a lot of reviews people complain of their hair not going away. It takes multiple treatments before you will see changes. It will happen though. I love laser hair removal and have tried out different locations. This one is by far my favorite. I bought a groupon for Lisse and I am very glad I did. They are very busy due to their promotions, but I would recommend them. Amanda is great and very friendly. I never have to wait for my appointment, and when I've had to reschedule it has been easy to do so. Keep in mind that their schedules are booked up, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Seems like these problems are pretty redundant. I had also purchased the groupon for 8 sessions. I wish i could at least say you get what you pay for, but a single laser session for the legs does not even cost $250 and i literally see no results whatsoever after six sessions. I have had treatments elsewhere and always saw some results after even the first session. I got nothing out of lisse laser. May I add I am the ideal candidate for laser hair removal (light skin, dark thick hair). Definitely a waste of time and money. I ... read more

I want to give zero stars! Lisse Laser provides poor services with a mediocre smile. I, like so many others, bought a Groupon for 8 services over 12 months. Seemed like a great deal for my first laser treatment. Here is my experience, briefly: - I had several different technicians, all of whom did not seem confident or experienced in their trade. I got a great deal on 6 laser hair removal treatments. Just finished and it worked really great for me. Lisse was very professional. They are very busy so if you make an appointment you have to try really hard to keep it . Treatments are about 6 weeks apart and that's about how far ahead you have to make them. I would recommend.
