I live in Franklin Square Townhomes and I been here for many years. I don’t bother anybody and nobody bothers me. All in all, the property is kept up nice, it’s 99% quiet, and I know it’s hard for maintenance to keep up their daily duties because of all the apartments here. But I just want to acknowledge JR because every time I need something repaired, he comes and do his job, even if he’s busy and he never gave me any attitude about it.
