I paid $65,000 for landscaping, a patio, water feature and fire pit. THE FIRST TIME WE USED IT, a piece of the inner ring of the fire pit cracked. The owner was there and said he'd fix it. He never fixed it or offered any monetary settlement. Tom Lisowski is not a man of his word!
