Great Vets with great service
Excellent service. During an emergency situation when our dog had gotten bitten by a brown snake, they were very accommodating, they were able to fit us in despite their schedule and give our dog treatment immediately. Words cannot thank Dr Nick and the team enough, without this team, we wouldn't have our girl with us today. Well I have been attending this Clinic for about 25 yrs with several different pets and I can’t praise them enough ! The girls out the front are adorable and very helpful especially Danielle the practice manager , Nick and Richard are so professional in there job and also so compassionate, unfortunately I have had some really sad times over the years and they are just so nice about everything, I can’t praise them enough it’s a great Veterinarian Clinic
After a procedure here my dog came home riddled with Ring Worms. Sadly her tail was also broken.
BEWARE IF ADOPTING FROM LISMORE CITY COUNTIL. They use this clinic for their dogs but this clinic does less then the bare minimum treatments and health checks on those adoptions. I took my newly adopted staffy to a different vet and it turns out that shes partially blind and has severe gum erotion causing her constant pain which has had an impact on her aggression levels. This never got passed onto me from this clinic. If adopting ask for a different clinic and if enough people do that then maybe middle management might pay ... read more
