Wonderful, kind, honest service from Hanna and the team at Lismore Toyota. We were in communication with many dealers regarding the purchase of our new Prado and we’re happy we went with Lismore Toyota. Highly recommend.
Pretty disapointed at the moment with Lismore Toyota. Just had one of our Toyota vehicles serviced while we were away, and as soon as the independent mechanic raised the car, he came and grabbed us and started showing us bolts missing, cross threaded and checks that had not been done(corresponding to manual) and proved how he knew. This vehicle has only ever been serviced at Lismore Toyota so nobody else can be blamed. Also have twice tried to get a price on a new vehicle with no response.
Zach was a great help answered all my questions with patience & a smiling face, all the staff were friendly and delivered great customer service, I would highly recommend the used car team to assist in buying your next car !
Very friendly staff and service.havent decided yet on a vehicle. Test driving the new Rav4 tomorrow.
