My experience here was really good. Karen at reception is friendly and helpful. The nurse Arli, (not sure how to spell her name or if i got that right) was lovely and caring. Ken was very accommodating for me with my unique circumstances, and did a really good job. Price was reasonable and a good rebate back. A very positive experience all round. Thank you. Sam
I am deeply dissatisfied with the care I received from Dr. Ken Gudmundsen. I was misdiagnosed with a fungal infection instead of dermatitis, leading to an unnecessary biopsy and an additional fee. Despite the biopsy confirming dermatitis, I was still prescribed antifungal treatment, which was ineffective. Communication from the clinic was poor, leaving me confused and worried. This skin care practice in Lismore is outstanding. Services offered, efficient reception staff, exceptionally nice nurse staff, and Ken is just awesome. I have had various minor surgeries for carcinomas with Ken that have been professional and effectively removed. He saved my life by spotting/biopsying a level 2/3 malignant melanoma and arranged surgical treatment pronto. Forever grateful. Kind and lovely man.

I budgeted 2 hours with travel for this appointment and was still tight and only after I mentioned I need to get to work. Mostly filling out and reviewing paperwork which could be done prior to the actual appointment. Was told I wouldn’t be charged for pathology then stuck with a bill after.
