These guys are The Best l have Ever dealt with! I was oseas for 4 months this year and came home to a broken pool pump and was devastated. Dave guided me thru it all.. very calmly and patiently .. l was near tears on more than one occasion! I had no idea how to look after a pool as it was my husband’s job and he died last year! I CANNOT recommend these guys highly enough. PLUS.. this creepy crawly .. The Best Ever! Crawls up the pool walls .. gets up on the step! SO easy to clean.. just lift the basket out and rinse it! Appalling service. Engaged Hinterland pool to do a stain removal on my pool. They came & did that. Then I was left completely in the lurch to bring my water levels back to normal, I had to call to remind them that someone needed to come & do the next part. The stain even returned. No communication, no follow up care & then absolutely harassed to pay the bill for my half finished job. Do not use this company.

Hinterland pools at Alstonville supplies the usual chemicals and accessories you would expect, but what you wouldn't expect is the very real experience, know how and technical expertise David can apply as an authorised servicing agent to just about any pool or equipment problem. He won't just try to sell you something but really tries to assist with any issue using a very professional but customer focused approach. Very Highly Recommended!!
