I bought a new car from these guys just because of their great service
Easy to make service bookings, offers the ability to be taken to work if needed. Staff were friendly. Parking was busy but able to find a spot. Disability parking available.
Customer service is horrible very rude staff avoid this place I have been to many different Kia’s and staff have been lovely this Kia is quite the opposite

Totally rude and unhelpful. Refused to look at my Kia as it had never been to them and had only ever gone to my local mechanic over my past 18months of owning. My Kia has a specific Kia issue that my mechanic couldn't fix and recommend calling them, to then only be disrespected. They refused to recommend somewhere else I could take the car instead to have it seen to. Can not believe how utterly unprofessional and rude Andrew was.
