Totally rude and unhelpful. Refused to look at my Kia as it had never been to them and had only ever gone to my local mechanic over my past 18months of owning. My Kia has a specific Kia issue that my mechanic couldn't fix and recommend calling them, to then only be disrespected. They refused to recommend somewhere else I could take the car instead to have it seen to. Can not believe how utterly unprofessional and rude Andrew was.
Great service. Matthew was very helpful and attentive. Car test drive went really well. His advise was spot on. Would highly recommend this business.
Excellent customer service ! I really appreciate what this business did for my elderly grandmother on Wednesday. Thank you so much !
