Fantastic setup. The red light bed, sauna, and cold plunge are all top-notch. Great atmosphere, super clean, and friendly staff. Feel amazing every time I leave.

Such a great facility I love to go here for odens plunge after a leg day highly recommended the benefits of the ice bath are amazing
