We offer a 30, 45 & 60min option for the Sauna with the addition of a Cold Plunge Bath by Odin. Now offering the best of both worlds in Hot/Cold Thermogenesis. Bookings are Essential through Facebook or calling on 0435 343 609. Pre-Bookings are required for Weekend Sessions & need to be finalised by 6pm Friday’s. Thank you.

Highly recommend this facility. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they listen to what results you’re after and guide you towards your desired outcome. I’ve experienced some great results from using the infrared sauna in a few short weeks - skin pigmentation is reduced, keloid scarring on my chest and shoulder have significantly flattened and my stress levels reduced. Love that it’s got Bluetooth available so you can really enjoy the full experience, safe to say, I’m addicted :-)
