I found a traditional GP in Dr. Deaker. I wish I went there before. He cared for my relatives for many long years, and we are very grateful. The medical centre staff have endured multiple floods lately, and regarding admin, the ladies are polite and do the job. However, generally, admin in medical places around the whole area could endeavour to maintain empathy and kindness. It would help when people are hurting and struggling.
Thankyou to Dr Deaker and staff for looking after my relatives so well for many years. We wish them well after the catastrophic floods.
Friendly, professional and helpful
I have no concerns at all with the care provided by the physicians here, but the practice staff are something else. Ranging from being inflexible to quite unfriendly both on the phone and at the front desk, they provide a barrier to health. It's quite poor.
DONT GO HERE !!!!! they will judge you based on looks and will not help at all. Marie the Receptionist hates dreadlocks and talks under her breath in a demeaning way. Save yourself the heartache
