Making appts for my 93 yr old has always worked well over the ph and we've always been treated well by reception & been treated with utmost respect and very professional care by the Dr. Thankyou I suspect the difficulty in communicating with reception staff is the thick glass window blocking sound & the bizzy noisy ambience when many people all talking at same time making it an effort to understand at times .. patience & courtesy always works well ??

The receptionists here are next level rude. Today after standing my ground and explaining how the rude treatment was affect me the practice manager turned up and wow.. she went full phyco shouting other me repeatedly.. totally lost it and threw me out whilst denying she was throwing me out. As requested I stood outside to continue the conversation she followed me out and what followed was one of the most bizarre experiences of my life. I was shouted at for like at least 10 minutes, accuses of being abusive and threatening.. ... read more
The rudest reception staff I’ve ever encountered, it’s honestly embarrassing for the clinic. The doctors are excellent, but the front desk seriously needs improvement. I would suggest the clinic’s management review staff conduct and training, as these individuals would be better suited to a role that doesn’t involve direct interaction with patients.
