We have been a few times- lovely doctors, very punctual
Wife is diabetic & went to emergency hospital 2 days after after op with Dr. Sholtz. She was in back pain & her blood sugars were 35 not 5. The receptionist said read your pamphlets about the op. She incinuated that i can not not expect any further help. Its was very stressful, unprofessional & was told do not come back. I Can not believe this pain Dr. Compared to Pain Dr. in Qld. Moving forward.
Would give 0 if possible. Nurses rude, not helpful. Why do people with no people skills or compassion end up in the medical system. Pack shelves and do us all a favour so we don't have to deal with your shit attitude when we go and seek medical help. Not needed
I found a traditional GP in Dr. Deaker. I wish I went there before. He cared for my relatives for many long years, and we are very grateful. The medical centre staff have endured multiple floods lately, and regarding admin, the ladies are polite and do the job. However, generally, admin in medical places around the whole area could endeavour to maintain empathy and kindness. It would help when people are hurting and struggling.
