Very poor. Triage seemed completely unconcerned. Left after 3.5 hours. Requested swabs etc to treat wound at home but after 40 minutes waiting for a simple swab and light bandage and watching triage laughing and chatting, I left. Sad and degrading system.
If you present with chest pain they are very fast
The most cruel, intimidating, incomprehensible attention from an absolutely uneducated night manager who resembled a drunken upstart. After presenting with my very ill daughter the hopeless triage nurse with the skills of a 10 year old could not comprehend the urgency of my daughters failing kidney and proudly dismissed the wait time of 4 to 5 hours as if it were normal practise.
