I'm very dissapointed. We reached out because of all the videos and reviews but turns out that even though I'm a US Citizen, I cannot help my husband with his green card process because he has not been a victim or abused. I wish they were more transparent with this information when collecting payment for your appointment. It was literaly a waste of time and we even had to leave work early for this pathetic answer.
