I'm very surprised with the negative ratings. I switched to this veterinarian based on many recommendations. There are two Vets in the practice; the owner is Dr Dugas who is my fave. The other is Dr Kimball who is very good, but a man of little words. Some people might mistake the lack of small talk as 'not friendly'. Their prices are VERY reasonable, and I have always been more than satisfied with my dog's care. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
